I just wanted to introduce myself, my names Kathy and I joined this site a few days ago. I have started a journal to try and help myself, help myself if you know what I mean!!!!!!!!!!


I have spina bifida along with various other things and joined not only to hopefully meet other people and to gain support adn offer supprt to others, but like I said, to try and help meself, I am trying to understand my ccontions more and to try and see if there are any patterns in my illnesses and moods and see if I can alter these things for the better.

Anyway I've rambled on long enough, Please feel free to look at my journal and Ihope to speak to you all soon

Im Naomi, from N.I, Im 31 and I joined a few days ago also. I have Morquio Brailsford Syndrome, basically it gives me ostoarthritis from an early age. I am pleased to make your aquantance. Naomi
