CHEESEY POTATO, WASH A MEDIUM SIZE POTATO, WITH A SHARP KNIFE PIERCE A SMALL SLIT, WRAPE THE POTATO IN A PIECE OF KITCHEN PAPER AND PLACE INTO THE MICRO WAVE, ON A MODERATE HEAT COOK FOR 4 MINUTES TURN THE POTATO OVER AND COOK ANOTHER 4 MINUTES, CAREFULLY CUT THE POTATO IN HALF, CAREFULLY REMOVE THE POTATO FROM THERE SKINS AND PUT IN A MIXING BOWL MASH WITH A LITTLE BUTTER,AND CHEESE,THEN PUT THE MIXTURE BACK INTO THE SKINS, PUT UNDER THE GRILL FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL TURNING COLOUR,
WITH THE CHEESEY POTATO YOU CAN ADD ANY CHEESE THAT TAKES YOUR FANCY, READY IN 10 MINUTES, YOU CAN ALSO ADD A SLICE OF TOMATO ON THE TOP,OR EVEN HAVE A FEW BAKED BEANS WITH IT.A SMALL LIGHT SALAD,THERE ARE LOADS OF OPTIONS
