But I do eat. And I like cakes (can't rememer the last one I bought), but some biscuits give me wind, so I only have them in for guests.

Ive not attempted cakes or biscuits (as us dear old English call them)...but I enjoy food creations,of my making in the kitchen.....
Have cooked everything from Chicken casseroles ...to Liver n Bacon in a red wine .......Good old Sunday Roast.....Curries.....Chinese Pekin Duck.....Slow Cooked and marinaded shoulder of Lamb (a fav)....London Traditional Pie and Mash (with a twist)......etc etc etc ......
Sorry to ramble but youve raised one of my pleasing passtimes..........Also done a few other things in the kitchen,but I wont expand on them xxxxxxxx

Someone just eaten a Shepherds Pie maybe....I must admit ..the Cottage Pie was the best Ive made...used low fat Aberdeen Angus mince,leak,onion,beef stock,pear cider ( for a touch of lightness),thickened with flour...King Edwards Pots.....mashed and creamed with butter and milk......all topped off with large amounts of grated mature cheddar xxx mmmmmmmmmmm

sorry..forgot the carrots were added xxxx
