QUICK SNACKS - 2007/03/06 19:03 CHEESEY POTATO,

WASH A MEDIUM SIZE POTATO,
WITH A SHARP KNIFE PIERCE A SMALL SLIT,
WRAPE THE POTATO IN A PIECE OF KITCHEN PAPER AND PLACE INTO THE MICRO WAVE,
ON A MODERATE HEAT COOK FOR 4 MINUTES TURN THE POTATO OVER AND COOK ANOTHER 4 MINUTES,
CAREFULLY CUT THE POTATO IN HALF,
CAREFULLY REMOVE THE POTATO FROM THERE SKINS AND PUT IN A MIXING BOWL MASH WITH A LITTLE BUTTER,AND CHEESE,THEN PUT THE MIXTURE BACK INTO THE SKINS,
PUT UNDER THE GRILL FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL TURNING COLOUR,


WITH THE CHEESEY POTATO YOU CAN ADD ANY CHEESE THAT TAKES YOUR FANCY,
READY IN 10 MINUTES,
YOU CAN ALSO ADD A SLICE OF TOMATO ON THE TOP,OR EVEN HAVE A FEW BAKED BEANS WITH IT.A SMALL LIGHT SALAD,THERE ARE LOADS OF OPTIONS

100gms/ 3 1/2oz rice noodles,

oil for deep frying,

1)heat the oil for frying,

drop in the noodles and fry for 1min the noodles will puff up,

2)scoop out the noodles and put onto a piece of kitchen paper todrain of the oil then serve,

they go well will a crispy salad,or as finger nibbles
