today is the day a year ago i nearly died because of my condition and i will be celebrating being alive hopefully having a great day and go for a meal with family :)

i nearly died because i went to hospital for a routine op to get a PEG a feeding tube and after the op i ended up catching pnemonia and septicsemia and was given 24 hours to live at one point. after 6 weeks in intensive care i came round and got a trachey but in my throat to help me breathe more eaisly.

i feel lucky to be alive! :)
