Hi Able Here Users

We have teamed up with loads of mobility shops over the UK to bring you new cheap scooters and power chairs. Payments are not done online as we know a lot of customers don’t like paying online! We have low internet prices without the online payments. Take a look at our mobility shop.

We have added loads of new videos. We think the video of the month is "They Will Surf Again" is an adaptive surf program where people with disabilities, mostly with spinal cord injury, get the chance to surf! Some have never surfed before, some surf all the time, and some have not surfed since sustaining their injury.. Give us your comments.

Latest forum Environmental controls by MbarryT Able here kindly started this forum for people to talk about assistive technology & I'm particularly inteested in trying to get feedback about what sort of kit works for people & what problems people find, mainly in the UK.

I work in the NHS on providing environmental control kit. (I need to say that comments are my opinions only & I can't claim to represent any NHS organisation.)

I'm after info on successes & failures - what are we doing right & what are we doing wrong? I can't solve individual problems, but I do have good links into the NHS organisation & would hope that I could influence things.

So - who uses this kit & what are your niggles, moans, accolades?

The chatroom is busy at 4pm these days, come and say hi to us

Remember it’s good to communicate, so don’t just sit there.
