Easy to roll and mould, no cracking... tastes lovely!!

10oz Plain Flour
4oz Butter
1oz Caster Suger
2 Eggs
2 Tbls Milk

Rub together flour and butter to breadcrumb texture, mix in suger.

Mix eggs and milk together then gradually add to crumbled mis to for a non sticky dough ball.

Wrap in cling film, chill for 20 mins.

Roll out on floured surface... use as required
