Hello i'm Megan. I've been told i'm funny. I love to laugh and make other people laugh. I admit i'm shy at first and am more of a listner then a talker. But once you get to know me I warm up quickly and you cant show me up. I dont know if thats such a great quaility.. (hahaha) I love sports. My favorite is baseball and hockey. dont play but i love to watch and go to games. I'm a religious person. My religion is a lutheran. I'm very involved in my church. I sing and I go to bible study during the week. I love music. Everything but I am a country girl at heart. I recently moved to california about three years ago from a small town in washington state some where up near seattle. I love to write. Especially poetry. It helps me get throught my disabililty. Every one struggles with things in life all i ask is that we are all treated the same and not judged. I beleve that is gods job and all he wants us to do is love life, live for him, be honest, and be your self.
I have congenital club feet never treated properly so mobility probs and polysysistic kidney disease but im happy and have 2 lovely little girls.

I am a 30 year married mother of two wonderful daughters. I suffer from Spina Bifida, FMS, IBS, Siatica, Artiritis, Nerve and muscle damage as well as problems with my bowels and bladder. I am fun,I like have fun And am funny. I am 29 years old white male. I am Learning Disabled. I have my own apartment and can drive a car.
I'm almost 76, use a walker in my home, drive short distances, so far remain alert and optimistic and involved but in a limited way due to my physical discomfort etc. I hope to have a scooter soon so I can visit interesting places, I also use a w/c when I go out for comfort but need someone to push me about. I can drive for one hour max due to numbness increasing in feet and discomfort/pain. I find I am seldom invited into homes due to having to have someone lift my a w/c in and out of my car, stairs to get up etc., or maybe it is I am just getting older and folks do not see me as a social addition to their group. I have a supportive family but they all work long hours and have their own homes, families to keep up with so I am beginning to feel some what isolated. I would like to hear from others my age who may be confined due to health problems. I feel I am becoming cut off from friends and miss having a really good friend or two. I have severe stenosis of the spine, and neurophy of the feet, am over weight but manage to keep my self presentable, and my home attractive and clean with some help. My main problem is very poor balance hence the w/c, walker and scooter. Best thing about me is I'm a born optomist. Though overweight folks say I am attractive, but what I say to others is because my age I feel I think "frankly my dear, I don't give a dam". I have seven grown attractive,independent, educated, children, all married and doing well. I am a widow. I like being independent. Like most elderly, I live on a limited fixed income, so just make it month to month. I may be poor and getting up in years but I have many interests - - -
