I had another bad fall yesterday, it's caused me to loose confidence in myself and I feel like I'm back to square one since the day of my 1st fall. I'm very lucky I didn't break anything and got away with badly bruised right wrist and grazed knee's and left elbow. I'm now having to use the safe option of using my wheelchair in the house.
