I have been married since 1991 to DAB (David).
I have been out of the wheelchair since 1993 when David gave me the encouragement to get up and walk, which is what I did and carried on doing from that day on.
To show how much I was walking since 1996 i joined the local Taekwon-do (martail arts) group and did this for 9 years. During this time I completed 4 grading, and was proud of them all, seeing as I was the only disabled one on the group.
About the same time as joining Taekwon-do I also joined a local darts team who reaised money for the local life boats.

My fiancé and i were planning to get married a year ago, but a motor vehicle accident delayed our wedding. He recently got home in a wheelchair as a C1-C7 complete quadriplegic. If all goes well, we sill plan on getting married in the distant future, but we still aren't sure when.

I have the husband and one daughter. And even I have the grandson, him almost 4 years. I do not work, though I have education. But I independently have studied English language and sometimes I help the schoolboys and students. I am engaged in knitting and embroidery - now this my basic employment(occupation). Up to 37 I years still lived by high-grade life, then health began sharply to be worsened and continues to be worsened. Now I can prepare dinner, serve myself and be engaged in needlework. In the street I am not, as I have no while an invalid carriage. But I am optimistical.
Ever since I registered on this site, in my life there have been some changes. now I am the grandmother of two grandsons and one granddaughter. My health has deteriorated significantly. I still do not go on the street, I was very upset. My occupation crochet and knitting, cross stitching. From TV I refused and the computer became my best friend. I am pleased to reviewing films of the last century, staged in different countries. I would like to find a sincere friends, open to dialogue on any subject.
Happy,easy going i love life as hard as it is sometimes into arts n crafts music events and listening to i almost play the banjo ! Love the outdoors and doing my garden not looking for a partner but wouldn't rule it out totally happy to see where life takes me
