Hello, I am a new member

Hi all. I am a new member. I have chronic systemic sarcoidosis. I live in the states. I am struggling to keep working and am trying to get some meds that will be affective against the spread of this disease. I have fibrosis in both my lower lungs and poly arthritis from sarcoid. Several of my other organs have been affected but not to the degree as my lungs/bones/joints/and muscles. My lymph system also took a major hit, chest nodes are fibrotic and nodes in my groin and left side are currently swelled and giving me a lot of pain. I look foward to meeting new friends as I don't know strangers, just yet to be friends. I am married with two teenage kids. My family is my motivation. Feel free to talk with me about anything, I don't play silly games but I am silly. Love a good joke and a spirited chat.

Hi Mark nice to meet you, Im Naomi and im from Northern Ireland. I have Morquio Brailsford symdrome. Makes me smaller than everyone else, and the end result is ostoarthritis. Ive had both hips replaced, and ive a harrington rod in my spine. Still waiting on getting things fixed, ie my knees and ankles.

I live in West Virginia, along the Ohio river. I have lived here all of my life. I love WV mountains. Thank u all for your introductions. I am also a stalker but haven't the funds to get to any of you. You all live to far away! lol

yeah sarcoid can give a rough ride, and it can be difficult to get it under control, there are members who are sufferrers of sarcoidosis, and other inflammatory and immune system diseases here, so may be possible to compare notes on what is helpful in controlling pain and/or the inflammation.

Hello and welcome Mark...sorry to hear that your going-through negative times (then again thats why we come on here;) ).....Ive got AS with psoritic arthritis,both hips replaced,quadruple heart by-pass,breating problems near big-breasted ladies (dont think its medical )....
I live in the Garden of England (the anciant and noble county of Kent )and luckily still able to work ...xxxxxB)

Hi all, just wanted to say that when i am working I have little time to post and spend time on the site. I work 12 hour shifts so on the days I work it is just about all I get done. So I am not trying to be rude just very busy and tired. My best to u all.

12 hour shifts..We call that Lightweight over here...I get up two hours before going to bed..walk 56 miles to work....carry buckets of manure in 100 pound buckets for 22 hours....no break whatsoever.....walk home 65 miles (moved due to tide).....eat nothing.....get up again before going to bed.....Now Thats A Days Work xxxxxx;) :ohmy:
