As many of you might of heard the Invictus Games had it's opening ceremony yesterday.
The games that are the brain child of Prince Harry are for the injured service men and Women. There are 400 Competitors from 13 Nations taking part in 9 adaptive sports for bronze, silver and gold medals over 4 days.
The motto for the games is I AM which comes from the poem INVICTUS by WILLIAM EARNEST HENLEY
Today the Athletics start at 2pm unfortunately the BBC are only showing highlights at 7pm on BBC 2.
