Well depending on how I feel when I get up, if it's a good day I plan to do my playlist for my MP3 player ready for my holiday after checking my emails and as for the rest of the weekend who knows!! ;)

Hey Bubbadog, where are you going for your holiday? I bet you are getting excited about it - I hope you enjoy it.

I'm just doing the usual stuff - playing games online, shopping online & chatting online - where would we be without our computers? LOL

Have a good one everybody.

We're going to Lanzarote!! When we go on holiday I love doing a playlist for my holidays for my MP3 player with songs & artist that I really love at that time. If you want to know what song is always on the playlist it's 'Mama Do the hump', Rizzle Kicks it's always blasting in our house and my and my hubby are always doing the dance to it!! Countdown on now! I'm addicted to online shopping but I'm always buying from sales, I'd say 90% of my clothes, CD's & DVD's are from sales or special offers. My hubby thinks I'm clever for that. If I want something I will shop around to get the best deal.

Perhaps sleep! I have had long term insomnia, as you may remember. Sleeping meds work for a while but then stop working.

I had a sleep study this last week but was unable to fall asleep for it. So, I'm not sure what is going to happen next. I just feel totally awful. It makes my fibromyalgia pain worse and I'm extremely bitchy. Lucky if I can put two thoughts together.

Hi Jana,

Sorry to hear you are suffering from sleep deprivation - that must be awful because it makes everything else so much worse. My sympathies to you. I am unable to lie down flat so sleep sitting up in my chair, but fortunately I am able to sleep quite well (apart from when the pain is at it's worst or I am having panic attacks about something!!) I hope you are able to find a solution soon - I can quite see why you might want to spend the weekend sleeping. I find meditation cds always send me to sleep - I'm not sure that's quite the idea, but still......

Kind Regards,
Sue

Jana, I'm sorry your still unable to find help for your insomnia. It's an awful condition that can ruin any quality of life you still have from your illness. I find putting drops of lavender oil on my pillow and inhaling it helps me relax to fall asleep and reading with a low brightness light on helps me to get tired enough to sleep as well. But I expect it's going to take something more medicated assisted to help you. Send you a (()).

This weekend I'm planning to do a little shopping and catching up with forums as my hubby has been home all week and we have enjoyed going out and having a major sort-out and tidy of the house! So catching up is the plan while hubby is at the football!!

Well let's see - I think I'll go hang gliding, followed by a spot of parascending, then maybe run a marathon, finishing with a bungee jump - well - I might in my head anyway LOL

Have a good one whatever you're doing friends.

Actually I am now in Tuscany at the seaside staying till the end of the month. The weather's not too hot and I'm enjoying the company of my close family. Swam once in my big sister's swimming-pool, before coming down with a bad case of ear and eye infection. Now taking care of that while waiting for my daughter to get back from Switzerland and join us all down here...!

Wow Tessa - sounds heavenly apart, of course, from the infection - hope that soon clears up. I wondered why you weren't here for a couple of days - I was worried about you - glad you're okay. Enjoy the seaside.

Enjoy your month in Tuscany, I can imagine it's lovely to catch up with family. Sorry you got a bad infection from a swimming pool, it's easily spread in swimming pools. Enjoy the rest of your time in Tuscany.
