Still having fights with Visa about the theft use of my card - don't know how much more I can take.

Keep answering the same questions over and over again, and now can't stop crying. I did not use my card in Tesco stores, nor did I use it for National Express journeys, nor did I pay a BT bill or an O2 bill, and they keep phoning me over and over again, and I just want to take all my meds and sleep so they stop phoning me.

Why do you think I love this site? It's because however few people actually post, we are all special to each other.

It will be sorted by Visa, but the daily phone calls really haven't done me any favours.
