have been relaxing like christine...yesterday went to a wedding the service was in a chaple in the hotel grounds my poor wee legs .I had more trouble getting down but had plenty of ppl to give me helping hand ..my darling daughter and grandaughter run theme self raged get me an outfit as cant walk around town cus get tired and stressed ..I was absolutly chuffed with what they sorted out for me in the end and felt very smart. bless them both xx

Been at home today, catching up on some chores.

done wee bit of light house work but pains in muscles and bones kicking in now and feeling tired...it takes a few days for all of it to kick in after I have been anywhere

Early start to Roehampton.....Ewell.....Epsom.....Office.....Orpington xxxx

Went into Cranbrook , fed the ducks on the way, called in to see a friend, did some shopping, had tea but no cakes(on diet)

Office....Putney...Wimbledon....Cobham xxxx

hoovered up then sat out in sun for a while now on site untill dinner is ready ..having a nice stew
