I'm 6 years and 4 months a quadraplegic yet I still feel embarrassed to be seen outside or be around strangers. I have very low self esteem and have no emotional support.
Watching movies and TV series while laying in my bed whole day.
The only activity I have is laying in my bed watching Netflix.
Ii don't have any future plans other than watching my children grow up and experience their achievements with them.
