panic attacks, if that counts .. no self confid

I'm 45,but will be 46 this summer. I'm not diagnosed as disabled, but I rarely ever leave my house and I really struggled last time I went out. . I feel very alone. I'm married, but live separately, in the same house. I live downstairs. I really want to be able to have a long term friendship, and to feel like a person again, instead of just existing, which is what I feel like I've doing these past years. . I'm a quiet, shy person but I have a good sense of humour. I just don't get to show it around here much. I'm a good listener and a loyal friend. I'm totally non judgemental and believe in honesty and loyalty. I'm just so tired of being alone..

I like reading, drawing, music and movies. I love my dog, he keeps me going when I feel sad. . I love the countryside and the sea..
