Air is hot and humid. Ground is hot and dry. Weather guys say this drought may last until Christmas. The weather radar keeps showing storms over the Great Lakes, may have to drive up to Superior to see if it's real!

The weather here doesn't know what to do with it's self at the moment, one minute dull the next sunny, one minute showers the sunshine. The weather must be a women!! :lol:

Back in Milan two days ago... air conditioning 25°C ...weather outside: hot, moist, horrible....and it's due to continue till mid August...leaving Apt. only when absolutely necessary... :silly: :silly: finishing reading 'War and Peace' (great!!!) and watching The Olympics! :woohoo:

Cloudy and comfortable this morning at 63F. Actually that is COOL compared to the weather we've had recently. Spots of rain storms coming across the northern prairies and it looks like we are about to get some any moment. Perhaps the end of the drought? Read yesterday that we may get a snowier than usual winter. I love it!

Finally, FINALLY, we got a good soaking rain. And it cooled off for a few hours. I don't think it's been this comfortable since maybe April. We have the most beautiful green weeds in our yard! No grass is left, but those weeds, wow! ;)
