My name is Emily, I have had a few head injuries from childhood abuse and at 19 developed menningitis since then my balance and perception is really off and I can't walk more than 10ft without falling over. I have three dogs and three cats and hopefully soon a baby

Hi Emily, welcome from me too! this is a nice site you'll see, I'm sure you'll find lots of new friends. I totally understand you when you talk about lack of balance and wrong properception, mine is maybe even worse, but let me tell you: Pilates works wonders!
