Hello all

Hello all, my name is Patrick and I just joined
I've used forums before with mixed results but like most people with a disability, my social life isn't exciting and I would love to find more like-minded people to chat with on occasion.

I deal with PTSD and panic disorder and have not worked for some time. I have a lot of random things I do to keep myself busy but I don't really get out a lot or have enough social contact.
