It is the 5.3 v8, 300 hp, Z71. No side steps, has the chrome nerf bars instead. has been an exceptional vehicle. no problems. The bug shield saves the hood from rocks. The 8 liter v8 is really for towing, it is matched with an allison trany. Strong pulling combo.

Yeah, I gotta say I think the Z71 is much better than the 25hundred. Good choice there mate.
