The drivers do a great job,they are all volunteers and only get a petrol allowance(It has not be adjusted since 1998),they must be well out of pocket.
The person taking the bookings saw he had two different dates booked,assumed one was a duplicate and cancelled the other,never noticed they were for two different hospitals on different days and different clinic's.(should have gone to rent a brain)<br><br>Post edited by: Dorrie, at: 2009/01/28 16:26
