thank you Karl for setting this site up and to the friends who have giving me the confedence to open up about my feelings. slowly I am finding that writing down things that are painfull are helping me to come to terms with the feelings that I have suppressed for the last 12 yr.. and also how to laugh and be as whacky as I like here

On behalf of Scotty and myself,I would like to wish all members a Very Merry Christmas and A Happy and Healthy New Year.Good friends are hard to find,but on Ablehere we are an Internet Family who try to support each other through the good times and bad,thanks to Karl we have somewhere to bring our troubles and our joys,we know there will always be someone ready to listen and help if they can.
