When you get the fight that breaks out in the pub,someone gets punched,falls and hits his head,I am not sure if that is murder,the person is dead,so I suppose it must be.

It does in France and to a lesser extent in Italy...Over here it would be reduced to manslaughter or murder due to deminished responsibility xxxx :ohmy:

I dont think it should be called crimes of passion in france or any other country I agree with Tony about the US system

If I needed a good reason for bringing back the death penalty I got it today. One full page in the papers showing all the children abused and killed by their so called parents.I could'nt bear to read all the details,so I say yes the penalty for this crime should be death:angry: :evil:

if you bring back the death penalty even for this.. the lawyers will have a field day arguing who did or did not do it.. there are both sexs that do try to stop abuse of their children and suffer getting hurt themselfs.. the law and family courts must put the child first if both parents are guilty...

According to todays report,one child dies every week in this country, killed by parents or an adult who has custody of them.It really is a disgrace:( :evil:

And those accountable make try to get Cash after they are sacked...They are as much Scum as the parents.....I keep saying we are living in a Chav Country with Chav values .....Someone with no noticable talents gets 24 hour coverage and millions ( Big Brother Funeral) but Dead children get Bugger All.....I rest my case...we are a very Sad and Sick society xxxx :evil:
