What a Dilemma

How do we decide what to do in an awkward situation!!!

You break a fine piece of china,whilst at a friends house,What do you do?

1 Own up and say you are sorry.(offer to replace it)
2 Try and get it repaired(hoping no one misses it)

Number 1 every time...unless it was left in a vulnerable position xxxx :ohmy:

You see your friends teenage daughter in town the worse for wear,also with a group of known trouble makers.Do you

1 Go speak to her and offer her a lift home.
2 Tell your friend what you have seen.
3 Keep quiet and say or do nothing.

Depends on two situations....How old is the teen ( 13 or 18...differant in either case).....How secure is your friendship and how vulnerable is the teen....In normal circumstances the answer for me is...3 xxxx :ohmy:

The Teen is 13
She is very drunk
She is with older young men

Maybe 2 then xxxx

if I was a good friend of the parents I would have spoken to the teenager first and threatened to tell her parents if I saw her again drunk and tell her to keep away from them

What about this.....A lady has had quite a lot to drink and lays half naked on my bed.Do I......

1....Remove my socks,turn on the TV and watch Match of The Day...
2...Strip naked ,do nothing and tell her how wonderful she was,in the morning...
3...Examine her body with my tongue...
4...Call a taxi and escort her home...?????

give her your bed and you sleep on the couch and then ask her if she needs an asprin and cook breakfast for her also tell her you where to much of a gent to take advantage of a lady :lol:

Lol we all know your a gent tony sweetie dont we girls! As for the teen everyone really trys to do whats right but as a mother i would be horrified if a friend could not come to me with something like this and know i would never betray their trust or explode like a loon. Whats the point in that. My friends all know i value both my friendships with them highly and my ability to talk to my kids not bellow even more so. Empty vessels and all that. A screaming mad mother looks out of control and scared to a child and leaves that child or young adult very aware they feel out of their depth. That scares the child because they expect you to be the strong one while they shout im afraid.
