I think I see your mistake...

For Maggie

Broken dolls can well become the things we love the most.
Still dignified, still giving out the comfort that we crave.
We stretch our lives, we wring them out, some episodes conclude.
But entities with their own past can sometimes intervene.

Older
The seconds the minutes the hours,
all around the time fly's by.
The Day's the weeks oh why oh why.

Everything grows, everything ages
our life is printed down in pages.
We are just a dot in this big wide world
Growing until we are no more.
