Will be glad when this Osteoporosis flare up will pass because my hips and back are very swollen and the pain is making me want fo cry!!

Hi everyone hope all are having a good start to today and the week ahead. I have to admit Mondays are usally like the gif I hopefully have posted correctly. But not today. Today has been a excellent start!
