Taylor was the mis-spelled translation of a name that sounded too Germanic [even though it didn't come from there] just after the turn of the last century.

Other side of the family kept their surname but such was the mis-understanding of the original name, which actually meant the profession of earlier ancestors, that all of the siblings of the family had the same name but all spelled differently.

As for my dreams, Ah - to dream as one wants. To bring back those who once were but are no longer.

And if that blanking Lollopy Lollop uses my bruised and battered body for a pillow again, I'll chuck her off the bed.

Well I would if I could but I can't as she is too heavy for me to shift.

So, thought for the day. I am from a family who were presumably originally tailors, and a family who were originally - well, something else.
