had stitches out tday ...all fine there....cold now a cough, and ears popping........blood pressure high .....lol..i thought wld be just an easy visit today.........next week i do the prep for cataract surgery......hope this cold and the bp all ok by then.....

Ventured into the wild,cousin-kissing,non-taste world of Essex today..That Thames keeps them out usualy....strange lot xxxx;) :whistle:

I have my older son Paul visiting at the moment,so am doing some motherly pampering:lol: :lol:

Waitrose shopping followed by pond pump cleaning and mans-housework......coffee then watch Chelsea on tv xxxx;)

my friends young daughter has been admitted to hospital for tests after vomitting for allmost a day continuously...i spent long time chatting to her on the phone....thankfully shes perking up, and no longer being sick....

then spent afternoon in garden pulling up triffids.. ...and putting in some bulbs for the spring...

feeling much better in the fresh air:)

Done the Gym...steam room and breakfast or corn flakes....planning on a drink ( alcoholic) once Ive done with the Ani Biotics xxxx;) :whistle:

Done the washing and domestic chores planning on starting my new book after the ironing.

Writing or reading ????

Reading, I'm afaid I would not be up to writing a novel,I would need someone to ghost it for me.
