Worked local....went to Bank and ASDA ( its interesting to watch the Herds of Chavs in this prime location )..bought a few bits....Prepared Scollop Mash Pie....Smooth creamy mashed pots layer the base of a decent size dish.......Place a knob of butter in frying pan and very slowly cook diced onion,small pieces of Black Pudding,Dry Cured Streaky Bacon,Ham....season with black pepper.......Once soft and browned onions place it all on top of mash in dish...spread evenly....
Now get your Scollops and quick fry in butter for about 2 mins or slightly coloured.....Layer the Scollops on top of the previous layer of Black Pudding etc.......
Layer remaining mash pots over the top and spread evenly....now grate a thin layer of cheddar over the top and place in oven ready for cooking at 160 for about 45 mins or until cheese looks brownishxxxxx

you should put that in the cooking area

Changed cooking plan at last minute....Did roast Duck and Roast Pots cooked in Duck Fat with veg n gravy...it was scrumptious xxxxx :side:

had a confusing day so glad to be home watching tv with a nice hot chocotate x
