Has anyone else had this problem?

I hit the “Compose” button to send a private message to someone on my friends list, but when I clicked on the “User list” option to choose one of my friends on my profile, it showed me the list if of (what I’m assuming) every one on this site. So, like I said in my profile, has anyone else had this problem?
Oh, and before anyone tells me, yes, I know the easiest workaround would to just send the person a private message by using the “message icon “ underneath their profile picture. I just wanted to know if anyone else had the same “User list” problem.
