bugs in chat room????

hi, im having probs getting into chat room.

i have to debug about twelve times, then it generates an error, then internet xplorer closes, and i have to reopen, and get back to site.:huh:

any ideas wot i should do to stop this happening?

any oneelse got this problem?

remember i amm a learner , maybe i should have lplates made for me! (any volunteers to do it for me))

hi karl, im still having probs, its telling me when i press send message that it is null and not an object.

i called in at 5pmish, and could see a couple of others who were on line too. no messages being put in chatroom though.

is it just me who is having this problem?

maybe we could start replying to some of the forum posts too.

hi karl,now ive turned off script debugging in internet options and im not getting that message anymore.

now i can see the chatroom, but as soon as connects , it shows as error in page.

im going to keep trying, \"my mission 4 the week\".
is anybody else having problems?

The only problem that I have with the chat room is that its almost always empty. I live in Queensland Australia, which is like on the opposite side of the Globe from the UK. I understand that. But I tried to go to the chat room at different times of the day and night, and on different days of the week and different day of the month, but its still empty. I guess nobody wants to chat with me. Oh well, story of my life. LOL.

hi d............s, yr name is too long!!!!!so start some chats in other bits and ill talk to you. i seriously cant get into chat room, but i call in most days. think karl doing goodjob, and would like to support him.

soooo finally i got in ...after much advice from people here....

just in case anyone else is having problems posting in the chatroom, this is wot i did, bearing in mind that i didnt know much at all when i started this, i think i did pretty well.....its still not perfect, got xml mags on screen that i have to keep getting rid of, but at least now i can post:cheer:

ive got windows 2000, old and slow!!...internet explorer was not happy here...so i put on opera browser.....then put on spyware doctor....then java program........then found internet options needd puttingonto default.
