tuna and sweetcorn sandwiches

slices of bread or large roll,
small tin of sweet corn,
med tin of tuna,
1small tomato,
few pieces of cress or parsley-optional,

butter bread or roll,
emty any juice from tuna,remove any skin or bones,
with a fork gently press the tuna until it looks like a thick paste,add swwet corn gently fold in,with a spoon add it to tour bread or roll,slice tomato into ring shape,put on top tuna mix,add a little bit of cress or parsley,
