With the weather changing daily as we step into Spring we all need to be careful as we all start going out and start to come in contact with others who could be carrying viruses, bugs or even Covid. I learned to my cost the weekend when I went to the hairdressers and came out with a new haircut and a spring flu virus! If your like me and have a low immune system or Anemia you need to be extra careful at the moment, my G.P said because there are so manty viruses & bugs going round at the moment as well as Covid when being in an area with a lot of people it is wise to use a mask as anyone who has a low immune system or who at risk should be still wearing masks in places like Supermarkets or anywhere with a lot of people that's indoors, beetter to be savfe than sorry! I will in future wear my mask in public closed in places but as for now need to shift another virus!!
