Hey Suzan and Karl, and fellow members of AbleHere, which photo do you like better? This one or the older one? By the way, I don't have the approval of Amnesty International to display their logo. I wonder maybe I should stick with the older one.

Oh OK, thanks for the input. I think I will wait and see what Suzan and other members say first, then I will probably change it back to the old \"super psycho\" one. Besides, I don't think Amnesty International would appreciate me infringing on their copy right by using their logo anyway.
The ablehere logo looks fine to me. Correct me if I am wrong, but it looks like a disabled person sitting on a wheelchair, using a computer or a laptop, communicating with the outside world. The person sitting on a wheelchair is also known as \"International Symbol of Access (ISA)\". I think its very appropriate for your purpose as part of a logo here.

You are 100% correct. It took me about 2hrs to design the logo.. Its basic but straight to the point.

mmmm interpretation of logos is all very personal, and is affected by state of mind of the onlooker.

i like yr choice of name of this site Karl, a positive focus. . Yr logo iz good . not only a statement about the site, but about your self as well. . however, since this discussion started,...ive seen something else in it !!:evil:, but i guess that was just my state of mind at the time !!! yes i like the logo!

Demon i like both !! maybe use both depending on how your feeling....The psycho one kind of says to me - \"hi i am a person here\".....The amnesty one says...\"now i am seeing life as something to be respected... and i am feeling very serious today\".

:huh: will amnesty mind you using their logo? will others think that you are representing amnesty here? (quite possibly, i think). if you want to use it i would clarify and get permission from amnesty. Are you representing amnesty here? If so, then there shouldnt be any problem:) .

for me i like the idea of you using both, depending on how you feel in yourself:) .

Well, \"Superman\" had similar logo, and he called himself Superman. I simply copied his logo, and used the word \"Psycho\" instead of a simple \"S\". Therefore, if he is superman, then I am super psycho. :lol:

Why dont you put a photo of you on?

Karl, I thought you were trying to \"promote\" this website, not to \"demote\" it. If I put my photo here, nobody will ever come back!
Oh, by the way, I don't think I will be able to contribute here much longer. I will still be coming back and check the forum out from time to time, but I am playing chess against three of my opponents, and they are all demanding my time right now. Besides, you have Scott here to help you out already, you really don't need me here.

LOL. I am anything but a party animal. LOL. :laugh: Anyway, yes, I am playing all three different games with three different opponents at the same time. When it started, I was playing with five opponents at the same time, but I was lucky and managed to beat two of them. Now, only three more to go. Wish me more luck!
