TOPIC: Govt. Benefits

Govt. Benefits 13 years 2 months ago #229

Before I launch into the Department of Works and Pensions handbook, can ask members on here whether they are fully aware of the cash benefits that they maybe entitled to. I ask this because I thought I was getting all the financial support available until I looked further into the DWP website, and I was amazed as to what was available
I am sure everyone is aware of Disability Living Allowance, but do you know whether your condition meets the requirements? Many people apply for it and get turned down, but that does not mean that you are not entitled to it.
Any questions you have, I will try to answer, or maybe you can tell me more about benefits you have

From personal experience it's a bit harder to get benefits in the U.S. Our Social Security Administration has to deem you disabled to even get the free medical insurance.

Getting SS benefits in the US may possibly take years,
Attending physicians have a pile of paperwork to sift through,
Assuring all you have a remarkable paper trail.
Meaning seeing A physician on schedule
IT is based on your Physicians REPORT
