Lets see, where do I start? Well, I am a simple girl, that enjoys simple things, who lives a simple, yet fullfilled life. I am the kind of girl who views a romantic evening as sitting under a night sky, looking at the stars and just having a good conversation. I am not after money, I am after love. So I don't like overdone dates. I much rather wear jeans and a tshirt and eat, then a 5-star resturant anyday. It's just how I was raised, no offense if you like doing those things, but just don't make me feel you're buying me off. I've been there, done that and I don't wish to re-live it.
Some of you might notice that I am in a wheelchair, yes, this is true. I have Cerebral Palsy, can't change it. It's just a fact of life, but to tell you the truth I wouldn't want it any other way. I like myself just the way I am, and a guy will have to accept me or leave. If you have any questions about my disability, just ask.
I am a Christian, I was raised in a good Christian home with good morals that I carry with me today. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, He is the single most important relationship I will ever have, besides my future husband. If I mess up that relationship I will be nothing.
I want to find that one guy that will prove to me that not all guys are the same. I want a guy who isn't afraid of commitment, as in marriage one day, maybe a family. I'm looking for a guy with good strong morals and values. I love to laugh, so he must have a sense of humor. Life isn't fun without it! Family is important to me, and I would expect my partner to be also. I love my friends and family, they are everything to me. They have been my rock throughout my life and I know they will always be there for me.I am so very grateful for them.They are the reason I am the person I am today. Hello,I'm a 49 year old single man and as I've recently become deaf after an illness I've decided to look for new friends as like a supermarket trolly I seem to be moving in small circles!
As you can see from the previous comment I have a pretty awful sense of humour but I believe that humility, honesty and the ability to not take yourself too seriously can see you through most of life's ups and downs.

I am new to all of this. My injury happened 1.5yrs ago. Have a great heart, and I am a great listener.
