I was born with CP on my left side & a right club foot. For that I many surgeries. At age 15 I was in the pool & hit my left side of my head. I think as the years went on I had trouble hearing. So I got hearing test & from then til this day I wear a hearng aid. For the TV I'll use closed caption. I use a power chair w/ the tilt. In June I had suergery for the Baclofen pump. That's to control my spasms. I have a nice guy that I'm see a nice guy that I work with for about one year now.

I have suffered with Peripheral Neuropathy since 2008. I live with a friend but have no other support. I've suffered from anxiety and depression since 1998 which got much worse after my daughter died in 2000. Now got really bad lower back pain which has spread down my, it right buttock to the back of both thighs, it is really causing me a lot of extra problems as i have pain and a lot of weakness in my legs from the neuropathy and constantly need to use crutches, so the extra problems are really making my life even more difficult. Aaaaargh!!!!!!!!

I'm married, but live separately, in the same house. I live downstairs. I really want to be able to have a long term friendship, and to feel like a person again, instead of just existing, which is what I feel like I've doing these past years. . I'm a quiet, shy person but I have a good sense of humour. I just don't get to show it around here much. I'm a good listener and a loyal friend.
