I watched most world cup games while I was on holiday, nothing better than a cold pint in 30oc heat with lots of sun burned men! So far I think the best game was the Netherlands thrashing of Spain! The Dutch people in our hotel got dressed up in Orange for the games and know how to celebrate!

Uruguay striker Luis Suarez has been suspended from all football-related activity for four months for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini. He has been banned twice now so banning him is not working.


He has mental health issues. So should the fifa help him to deal with his mental problems?

Maybe England should try that if you can't beat them eat them. lol
But joking aside I agree with you Karl the lad has problems.

Suarez's problem is he knows that if he bites someone all that will happen is he will either be fined (which won't hurt his bank account!) or be banned for a couple of months (properly fine with him because he can spend sometime with his kids!). So I'm sure he will keep doing it because that's his trademark but it's not a good thing when your a role model to kids!

I will be cheering Holland on this afternoon!!

Just what the heck is going on here? Suarez ? Are they allowing cannibals to play now ? He's obviously completely off his rocker.

Seriously though wouldn't it be sweet if England could take the world cup before I kick the bucket.

Wow! Holland got through by the skin of there teeth! That was terrible diving to get the penalty! The match against Mexico was a slow started to be honest I dozed off near the end of the 1st half! The managers must have put a rocket up their arses cause the game was much better second half. So the Quarter-finals this week, should be some good games! Will have to get the popcorn ready and the beers out the fridge!

Me and my missus' favourite sexual position is called the ''England football team.'' Neither of us know what we're doing or why we're there, there's no passion, no communication and we never make it past the first stage. There's horrible dribbling and never a clean sheet.
