My anxiety is really bad at night so I also worry before going to sleep and don't really know what to do about it

I find meditating before bed really helps, especially as I have epilepsy that is triggered by stress and worry. Meditating clears your mind and helps you sleep better. It;s worth a try, I recommend it.

You might listen to calming music before bed or even nature sounds or ocean waves if that can calm you and help you sleep. Chamomile tea might help or something like that. Or depending on a person's faith something pertaining to that prior to bed, a positive show or book that inspires you may help as well.
