Hi all. I'm pretty new to all of this. I've been a wheelchair user since may 2015 after waking up one morning with not feeling or movement from my waist down.

I'm a bit of a gym nut and since my NHS physio was stopped I had to find my own ways of getting active so I joined a gym. Through my journey so far I've been writing a blog to inspire and encourage people to try something new.
