Bi Polar Disorder
My name is Alex I am 28 years of age. I have been diagnosed with bi polar a few years ago and it took me long time to accept i have a mental health problem. I enjoy music, a good book, socializing, writing, going out for a coffee with like minded people where we can have a great convo and enjoy each others company and since i'm disabled and cant work I try to make the best of my life by learning music, quitting smoking, and be involved in a community where i feel i belong.

Outgoing but with depression so some days I just dont want to go out. Chatty and friendly.
I'm 53, about to turn 54. I spent the last 3 months of 2017 in the hospital, in a nursing home and in assisted living due to cascading organ failure that a doctor caught and helped reverse.
Have a long past of connections with people with significant life challenges physical and mental. I now am living with having to deal with issues of cancer. I am also wanting to share my late husband's book To Hell with Impossible by Todd Gauchat with Deborah Burke. About to be published.

I was on crutches august 2003 to June 2008 when put In a wheelchair for life due to several knee problems, tendon problems, back injury, now having neuro tests as problem there too and I am partially deaf . I live in UK. I have just turned 31 got a great hubby and two fantastic little kids. Like meeting new friends xx

I am a 57-year-old African-American stroke survivor I am 75% paralyzed on my right side and confined to a wheelchair I’m going on three years as a survivor. I was diagnosed with Landau Kleffner Syndrome (LKS) since the age of 3. LKs has similar symptoms to audism although it is also very different. I finished my senior school certificate. Looking for pen pals preferably in Cape Town with the idea to meet later but any other pen pals are also welcome.
