Born in the fifties, I was diagnosed at 17 with Retinitis Pigmentosa which I inherited from my mother, and I have been losing my sight steadily over the years...I am now at 1% remaining vision. I was also diagnosed in 2000 with M.F. (sometimes known as chronic fatigue but there are differences between the two illnesses,and a plethora of unpleasant symptoms.) Husband is my carer but he is now ill himself with fibromyalgia.
I used to love horse riding, archery and swimming. I am a country girl at heart and love places of peace and beauty.
