4th year product design student conducting research to get a better understanding on how people within the disabled community look at the gym environment from an attitudinal perspective, specifically those with physical/mobility impairments.
Hi I'm married and 60. I'm a big guy, over six foot tall and over 270 lbs. I'm not doing well but making the best of it. I've had a lower back fusion, twice. The second time they installed hardware, rods, etc. Because of that I'm in incredible pain and can't walk very far or stand as straight A's I used to. I also have heart problems that cannot be treated.
There's more but my problems are nothing compared to others. But I'm not here to complain just wanted to meet people, color, age and race are not important to me nor sex. I still have a great outlook on life for whatever time I have left. I have a great since of humor and a good outlook on life. Please take time to send me a line.. I'd love to hear from you.

I am a 67 year old male that had a stroke 4 years ago that has left me with weakend legs and hearing loss.I died 6 times and was revived during my 6 month hospital stay.My biggest challenge however is dealing with existential depression on a daily basis.
i was born with Poland syndrome that effected my right lung and my whole right arm i was born in japan on a AFB and not reside in Maryland MD looking for people to talk too

I work with the elderly and disabled and looking to join the community forum as friends for the disabled community. I am a bit disabled myself due to Arthritis, which I was diagnosed with in my early 20's. However, I am managing the condition -- just a little less active than most others.

Hello, I live with my mother out in the country and I'm in a wheelchair due to Cerebral Pasly (AKA) CP.
I'm a sweet, fun loving girl who try her best to get along with people. But some people can make it so hard. I love my friends to death and would do whatever I can to help them out. They rock!!!!. But there is a limit until I absolutely lose it and that when some people just complains without asking the other person how they are. I dont like drama, no one does, when you ask me what I think and you dont like it. tough shit. Overall, I get along with everyone to a limit though. I dont let people run over me.
